全港最大型綠色地產創科挑戰賽✨圓滿落幕✨！

Y.X Community除了經常舉辦線上和線下的玩樂活動，更積極鼓勵各位會員發掘自己無限的可能性、發揮潛能兼貢獻社會！！

由今年3月至7月，我們跟香港房地產科技協會共同舉辦了全港最大型的房地產科技比賽 —「綠色房地產創科挑戰賽」，吸引了共130多隊大專／大學生和學生初創公司隊伍參加！是次晉身準決賽的十一支團隊更獲得業界精英導師的一對一指導以完善他們的計劃書、優化概念原型並完成初步測試，務求於決賽面試中獲得專業評審團的肯定。

活動早前舉行了頒獎禮暨記者招待會，當日不單有超過120位商界朋友和大學代表出席，更吸引了15間媒體採訪，場面非常熱鬧！我們更有幸邀請到香港特區政府房屋局局長何永賢，JP，作為我們的主禮嘉賓，為活動寫上完美句號。三支得獎隊伍除了可以分別獲得港幣五萬、三萬和二萬的獎金外，創新方案更將會有機會於世界級建築物作實地應用測試及與天使投資者接洽，爭取高達港幣一百萬的種子資金！
